Powered Rollers The two most common types of powered roller are lineshaft accumulation and chain driven type. The latter utilised for handling heavy loads (up to 2000Kgs), typically used for handling pallets due to rollers being driven via individual chain and sprockets safely located within side section.
Roller dia. available are 63mm, 100 & 150 and width ranging from 1000/2000mm. Typical ancillaries integrated with this type of conveyor include turntables, scissor lifts and chain transfers etc. Lineshaft accumulation conveyor is ideal for handling carton traffic on a continuous basis.
Its modular design allows full flexibility and ease when designing a system. Typical ancillaries are bends, merges, switches, pedestrian gates etc. All to achieve a smooth running production line.
The grooved rollers are avalailable in various diameters and widths and are driven via. individual elastomer belts to an underslung layshaft with individual floating spools. Slippage between spools and layshaft provide minimum line pressure making this equipment ideal for incorporating box accumulation where necessary. Various conveyor speeds are available. Full technical specification for the these type of conveyors available on request. Contact us for details.Head Office: London Office: |
